The African Civet is a nocturnal mammal found in sub-Saharan Africa. With its striking black and white markings, this creature is quite the fashionista of the animal world! Its known for its unique musk, which was once a key ingredient in traditional perfumes. Not just a pretty face, the African Civet is also a skilled forager, with a diet that includes insects, small mammals, and fruit, making it an opportunistic omnivore. In the wild, its a solitary and elusive creature, preferring to roam the night alone.
